The PTA depends on all of you, our amazing volunteers, to help make school events fun and successful. Volunteering is also a small way to make a BIG difference in our school community.
Below is a list of volunteer opportunities. Check them out and sign up for whatever you can! We’re so grateful for your participation!
**If you have not yet completed your PPS background check and volunteer application, please do so here. Volunteers need to have completed this application process and received approval from PPS in order to volunteer in the school.

Lunch Time Helper
Do you want to get a real look at a day in the life of your kid? Are you adept at opening milk?
Lunch Time Helper might be the job for you!
We're in need to volunteers that can commit to volunteering one day a week. Lunch helpers are needed most for our Kindergarten classes 11:05am-11:35am. 11:35am-12:05pm lunchtime for the 3rd,4th,5th grade, you are welcome to stay.

Popcorn Friday
This is a regular event, generally occuring every other week during the school year. We’re always looking for people to help pop some corn and run the sales table for all of our excited students. Come join the fun! Click the button below to find a date, or few, that work for you!!

November Movie Night

6:00-8:00pmGrab your blankets & stuffies because it’s MOVIE NIGHT!
Come join our PTA volunteers and help make this movie night a big success. There’s something for everyone to help with! Setting up tables & concessions, AV hookup, concession sales, raffle ticket sales, and more. It takes a group of us to really make sure these movie nights run smoothly.

PTA Clothing Center
April 25th, 2024 - 9:30am-1:30pm
Volunteers will help help sort clothing donations and help families shop for their children. This clothing center is amazing and run entirely off of volunteer hours from all PPS PTA’s. It's important for all PTA's to send volunteers on their selected days so that the clothing center can serve the community as scheduled.
Please note: This volunteer opportunity is NOT at Jason Lee. The Clothing center is located at 3905 SE 91st Ave., Rm B-60. Enter in the front of the school, check in at the main office and they can tell you where to go.
